New band photoshoot scheduled.
Since our new member John has joined, a new band photoshoot is scheduled for tomorrow afternoon. The location is not confirmed yet as we will be trying different shots and backgrounds this time, so this might actually end up taking longer than planned. We will keep you posted on this one and expect some new shots, hopefully mid-week.

Poxxbar saw an attendance which was probably one of the biggest this year, at least in the metal scene. Insurgence kicked off with a great show which introduced Cliff (ex-Inner Link) as the new frontman of the band. In addition to their usual playlist, Insurgence threw in a couple of new songs which got the crowd moving and warmed up for the following performance. We will surely be hearing a lot more from these guys in the near future.

ItEM showed up on stage some 20 minutes later when all was set and ready for the big show. Taking off as their usual band line-up, ItEM didn’t take too long to introduce one of their guest vocalists for the night. Second song up and Knockturn Alley’s vocalist made it one stage to perform “Descent of a Man”, a new song added to ItEM’s playlist just that night. This song definitely delivered what the crowd was promised. Check out a short clip below.

An absence from the scene of over a year, Nick and Gordon of Abysmal Torment appeared later. Soon after, a surprise for the night when ItEM’s line up doubled as Loathe’s very own axe shredders Kurt and Karl together with Slit’s Frank took over the stage. Digby and Wenzu from Club Murder, Simon from Corefrequency as well as David from Abysmal Torment and Club Murder were all invited to perform with ItEM on this special event.

Last summer ItEM released “The God, The Slave, The Machine” a 4-track cd which can be purchased from their myspace.

ItEM’s guest vocalists will be coming from the following bands: Abysmal Torment, Slit, Club Murder, Corefrequency, Erythuria and Knockturn Alley.
